Beans (Y)

I was told boko haram was putting poison inside beans and i have half bag of beans that i just bought at home. I cooked out of the beans and gave it to my dog 'bingo'. After 45 minutes, bingo was still alright, I later went to eat the remaining cooked beans. After few minutes, my gateman came to tell me that bingo is dead, i rushed in and started drinking palm-oil. Later, the gateman came in to tell me that the man that hit bingo has come to beg. Who is at fault? What should i do for the gateman?
